Top Cut Foods are seeking a top performing Labourer - to join our production team at our Ormeau location. Ideal candidates will be physically fit, comfortable working as part of a team environment and able to maintain consistent attendance.

All candidates must be self-motivated and have a reliable form of transport.

Typical tasks: 

• Preparation, measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients to correct specification.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean workspace.
• Have previous experience in machine operation 
• All other ad-hoc tasks as directed. 

To be considered: 

• Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
• Comprehend written instructions and recipes from the company when putting together ingredients.
• HACCP ideal and understand safe food handling skills.
• Capable of working in a cold work environment.
• Good numeracy and literacy.
• Must be physically capable.
• You must have your own reliable transport.
• Physically fit and able to lift 15-30kg continuously
